Alliniya Early-Access Website Terms

These Early-Access Website Terms (“Terms”) govern use of the public Alliniya website, early-access list, and any public preview or pilot invitation expressly made subject to these Terms.
Alliniya LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Alliniya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates Alliniya and is located at 412 N Main St, Suite 100, Buffalo, WY 82834, United States. Questions may be sent to support@alliniya.com.
By using the public website or submitting an early-access request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.
1. Early-access scope
The early-access list lets you ask to receive occasional Alliniya early-access invitations and launch updates by email. Joining the list does not guarantee selection, an invitation, access by a particular date, continued access, a complimentary period, or availability of any feature or commercial service.
Alliniya may decide whether, when, and how many people or businesses to invite. An invitation may be limited by location, business type, technical readiness, capacity, provider eligibility, or pilot objectives. Alliniya may change, suspend, or end an early-access or public-pilot program.
If you are invited to use a pilot or future service, additional terms, privacy information, configuration requirements, and customer authorization may apply before access or activation.
2. No paid subscription or charge
Submitting the public early-access form does not create a paid subscription, authorize a charge, start a billing period, or activate Stripe or another billing provider. The public form does not collect payment-card information.
Any future paid service, price, trial, renewal, payment, cancellation, or refund term must be stated in a separate order form, agreement, checkout, or commercial terms presented before the paid service begins. A website description or early-access invitation does not by itself create those commercial terms.
3. Preview and pilot limitations
Early-access, preview, preparation-only, and pilot capabilities may be incomplete, unavailable, changed, interrupted, or withdrawn. They may not be suitable for production use or for records that require regulated, continuous, or mission-critical handling.
Public descriptions, examples, mockups, readiness information, scores, Flows, integrations, and planned capabilities are informational unless an authorized agreement expressly states otherwise. They do not guarantee a sales result, business outcome, provider approval, message delivery, integration eligibility, or future feature.
4. WhatsApp, Meta, Google, and other providers
Alliniya is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., WhatsApp LLC, Google, Stripe, or their affiliates. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Joining the early-access list does not connect a provider account, grant provider authorization, register, migrate, replace, or deregister a WhatsApp number, activate WhatsApp automation, send a message, submit an advertising event, or verify provider eligibility. Authorization, authoritative asset verification, eligibility, readiness, and activation are separate steps for any future supported integration.
Third-party services remain subject to their own availability, approval, terms, and privacy practices.
5. Your early-access request
You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not submit another person’s email address without authority. The challenge field is optional. Do not use it to submit passwords, credentials, payment details, identity documents, health information, children’s information, or other sensitive or confidential information.
Consent to early-access email is collected through a separate, unchecked affirmative choice. You may withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe page, an unsubscribe link in an email, or support@alliniya.com.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- interfere with, overload, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass the website, form, Turnstile, rate limits, authentication, or security controls;
- submit malicious code, automated spam, deceptive information, or unlawful or infringing content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, consent, eligibility, or relationship with a business;
- attempt to access non-public systems, exports, records, or another person’s information; or
- use the website or early-access process in violation of law or another person’s rights.
We may refuse or remove a request, restrict access, or take protective action when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal requirements, or a material violation of these Terms.
7. Website content and intellectual property
Alliniya and its licensors retain their rights in Alliniya and the website, including software, designs, text, graphics, documentation, and service marks. Subject to these Terms, you may view and use the public website for your own lawful business evaluation. No other license is granted.
If you send feedback, you allow Alliniya to use it to evaluate and improve Alliniya without payment or an obligation to implement it. Alliniya will not identify you publicly as the source without permission.
8. Privacy
The Alliniya Early-Access Privacy Notice explains the information collected through the public early-access and unsubscribe forms, the purposes, retention periods, provider disclosures, and your choices. Consent to email is separate from agreement to these Terms.
9. Availability and informational use
The public website and early-access process are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the website will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular business, technical, legal, financial, tax, medical, or regulated purpose.
Nothing on the public website is professional advice. You remain responsible for decisions made for your business and for independently evaluating whether a future service, provider, or integration is appropriate.
These Terms do not exclude or limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
10. Changes
We may update the public website, early-access program, and these Terms. The effective date and version above identify this publication. If a change materially affects an existing early-access request, we will provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.
These Terms govern only the public website and current early-access/public-pilot phase. They do not replace a later order form, signed agreement, pilot agreement, or commercial service terms that you expressly accept.
