1. Who we are

Alliniya LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Alliniya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operates Alliniya.

2. What this notice covers

This notice applies only to the public Alliniya early-access list, the form used to join it, related support notifications and exports, and the public unsubscribe process. It does not describe every feature or data practice of a future commercial Alliniya service. A person invited to a pilot or future service may receive additional terms and privacy information before access.

3. Information we collect

When you join the early-access list, we collect:

• your first name;
• your business email address;
• how you heard about Alliniya; and
• your affirmative choice to receive Alliniya early-access invitations and launch updates by email.

You may also choose to provide your business name, country, and a short description of the customer-chat challenge you want to solve. Do not include passwords, credentials, payment details, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive or confidential information in that field.

We also record information needed to operate and demonstrate the request, including a submission identifier, source, consent timestamp, notice and consent version, first and most recent submission times, submission count, and support-notification status.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting to protect against abuse. Cloudflare processes technical signals needed for those services. Our early-access Worker receives the connecting IP address long enough to create a rate-limit key, but it does not store the IP address, rate-limit key, User-Agent, Turnstile token, or raw request body in the early-access database.

If you use the unsubscribe page, we collect the business email address you enter and minimum withdrawal evidence, including request times, request count, source, notice version, and a pseudonymous subject key. We process the request without disclosing whether the address was previously on the list.

4. Why we use the information

We use early-access information to:

• add you to the Alliniya early-access list;
• email you occasional early-access invitations and launch updates;
• understand interest in Alliniya and the business challenges potential users identify;
• validate, deduplicate, store, export, and administer early-access requests;
• notify authorized Alliniya personnel that a request was received;
• protect the form, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain service reliability;
• record the consent wording and version that applied when you joined; and
• process withdrawals, prevent future early-access email to suppressed addresses, and demonstrate that a withdrawal was honored.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent to place you on the early-access email list and send the covered emails. We rely on our legitimate interests in securely operating the form, administering requests, maintaining minimum consent and withdrawal evidence, and protecting the service and its users. We may also process information when necessary to comply with a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Your consent

Joining the early-access email list requires a separate, unchecked affirmative checkbox. It is not inferred from visiting the website, reading this notice, or using another Alliniya service. Refusing the checkbox does not prevent you from browsing the public website or contacting support.

The checkbox covers only email about Alliniya early-access invitations and launch updates. It does not authorize SMS or WhatsApp marketing, disclosure to partners, or unrelated promotional marketing.

We record the consent timestamp and the notice and consent version shown above. If we materially change the purpose, communication channel, controller, recipients, retention, or withdrawal process, we will update the notice and obtain a new choice where required.

6. Who receives the information

We disclose early-access information only as needed for the purposes described in this notice:

• Cloudflare provides the Worker, database, queue, rate limiting, Turnstile abuse protection, technical observability, and email-delivery infrastructure used by the form. Cloudflare may process IP address, browser/device, challenge, and other technical signals under its Privacy Policy and Turnstile privacy information.
• Our support-mailbox provider processes the minimum internal notification sent to Alliniya’s monitored support mailbox: submission ID, timestamp, first name, and business email. Optional business name, country, discovery source, and challenge text are not copied into the support notification.
• Authorized Alliniya personnel and service providers may access information only when needed to operate, secure, support, or review the early-access program, subject to appropriate access restrictions and duties.
• We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a transaction involving the relevant business or service, subject to applicable safeguards.

The early-access backend is separate from Alliniya’s authenticated product, tenant databases, CRM contacts, Flow runtime, Meta, and WhatsApp integrations. Submitting this form does not connect a WhatsApp or Meta account, activate messaging, create a paid subscription, or authorize a charge. We do not use the early-access database to sell or rent your information or for third-party targeted advertising.

7. Retention

We apply the following retention rules:

• Active early-access submission: retained until 180 days after the most recent successful submission, unless you withdraw sooner or limited retention is required by law.
• Pseudonymous consent and withdrawal audit events: retained for 180 days from the event.
• Support notification: retained in the support mailbox for no more than 30 days. The mailbox is not the canonical early-access list and notices must not be forwarded or copied into unapproved systems.
• Temporary CSV export: available only to an authorized operator and must be access-restricted and deleted within seven days after creation. The Worker does not store the downloaded CSV body. It temporarily records an export ID, creation and expiry times, row count, status, and pseudonymous subject keys. If a withdrawal affects an active export, the export is marked for immediate deletion rather than waiting for the seven-day period.
• Suppression record: after withdrawal, we retain the normalized business email and minimum withdrawal evidence for as long as reasonably necessary to honor the request and prevent future early-access marketing. The suppression record is not used to send email or recreate the deleted submission.

Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may retain limited security, delivery, backup, or service records under their own documented settings and legal obligations. We do not claim that the application-level deletion process immediately removes every provider log or backup copy.

8. Unsubscribing and withdrawing consent

You may withdraw at any time without logging in:

• use the Alliniya unsubscribe page;
• use the unsubscribe link in an Alliniya early-access or launch email; or
• submit a request through the Alliniya Contact page.

The public unsubscribe page returns the same confirmation whether or not the address was previously on the list. This protects list membership from being revealed.

When a valid withdrawal is processed, the active early-access submission is deleted, the address is added to the suppression record, queued support delivery checks and future sender/export eligibility exclude it, and affected temporary exports are marked for immediate deletion. Withdrawal stops future email covered by this consent. It does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal or information that must be retained for a separate legal reason.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information and to withdraw consent. You may always object to or withdraw from the early-access marketing described here.

Use the Alliniya Contact page and select Privacy / Data Request to make a request. We may need to verify the request while collecting no more information than necessary. You may also have the right to complain to the privacy or data protection authority where you live.

10. International processing

Alliniya is located in the United States. Cloudflare and other providers may process information in the United States and other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Use the Alliniya Contact page and select Privacy / Data Request if you have questions about the safeguards relevant to your information.

11. Children

The early-access list is intended for adults acting in a business capacity. It is not directed to children, and the optional challenge field must not be used to submit information about a child.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the early-access implementation or legal requirements change. We will change the effective date and version when we do so and provide any additional notice or choice required for a material change.
